Norwell Addition

This 370 square foot addition to an antique Cape is under construction.  The clients wanted a master bathroom, full size walk-in closets and a separate laundry room.  The existing first floor bedroom is the master bathroom and laundry; the existing laundry-bathroom is the powder room with linen closet.  The addition is the new master bedroom and two walk-in closets.
